Printer showed offline but was online and working for other people in the office.
Tried reinstalling after removing device from Printers & Scanners, tried reinstalling after removing from Printers & Scanners - Related Settings - Print server properties - Drivers. Restarted the printer and the PC. Nothing worked.
Found solution on manufacturer website. Apparently having SNMP status enabled can create an issue of communication.
In Windows 11:
1. Click on the Windows Start menu.
2. Open Settings.
3. Open Bluetooth & devices.
4. Click the problematic printer.
5. Click Printer properties.
6. Select the Ports tab and select the port.
7. Click Configure Port.
8. At the bottom of the window, de-select the SNMP Status Enabled option (disable it).
9. Click OK, then OK.
