Open Start - Run - PSR
It opens the Problem Steps Recorder. I've never heard of it in my life, but it apparently exists since Windows 7 (so from 2009).
This is an old tool that is being phased out in Windows 11.
Alternatives:
- Snipping Tool - has screen recording feature. You can pause the recording when needed.
- Xbox Game Bar - also has screen recording feature.
- Clipchamp - video editing tool that can also be used to record the screen.
