If you have a company name entered in different ways but essentially referring to the same company, e.g. ABCDEFG S.A. and ABCDEFG SA and ABCDEFG S.A and Abcdefg Sa etc., since merge query is case sensitive, you would need to first normalize the occurrences.

The unique values query might have ABCDEFG SA, so you could normalize only the main query.
If both queries have a different value than let's say an upper name without punctuation or extra spaces, then you should normalize the columns in both queries:

= Text.Remove(
    Text.Upper(Text.Trim([Company Name])),
    {".", ",", "-", " "}
