To pull only some text from a cell and move it to another cell you use the following command(s):
=LEFT(A2,20)&MID(A2,22,1)&RIGHT(A2,8)
Let me explain this:
LEFT(A2,20) - it is going to take the first 20 characters from the left of cell A2
RIGHT(A2,8) - it is going to take the first 8 characters from the right of cell A2
MID(A2,22,1) - it is going to take 1 character, starting from character 22 (in other words, it is going to take only the 22th character)
You can grab characters from different cell and add them all into on cell.
