Supposing your text is listed in column A, starting in A1, then in cell B1 type:

UPPER CASE
=UPPER(A1)

lower case
=LOWER(A1)

Title Case (capital first letter for every word in a sentence)
=PROPER(A1)

Sencence case (capital first letter for first word in a sentence)
=CONCATENATE(UPPER(LEFT(A1;1));RIGHT(A1;LEN(A1)-1))

Change only first letter of word to lowercase:

=REPLACE(A1;1;1;LOWER(LEFT(A1;1)))
