To create the bat file just open notepad, copy in it the line below, save with .bat extension and add to your start up folder.
For example:
reg add "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Notepad" /v lfFaceName /t REG_SZ /d Calibri /f
goes in the registry at the key between " " and changes the value for the lfFaceName key of the REG_SZ type to Calibri.
/f means forced (not asking for confirmation of this change)
