The default Right Click on a file - Send to - Mail Recipient will load a new email but it is formatted as text and doesn't contain your signature.
1. Open the following folder: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\SendTo
2. Create an Outlook shortcut in the folder above
3. Right click the shortcut and select Properties
4. In the General tab rename your shortcut as desired, eg. Outlook HTML email
5. In the Shortcut tab, in the target box, after the path add space then /a.
Path should look like this: "C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\root\Office16\OUTLOOK.EXE" /a
6. Click OK
Now when your right click a file, go to Send to you will have an option with the name from no 4 above.
