1. Open Windows Powershell or Command Prompt (you don't need to be an administrator)
2. Paste the following line and press Enter:
| reg add "HKCU\Software\Classes\CLSID\{86ca1aa0-34aa-4e8b-a509-50c905bae2a2}\InprocServer32" /f /ve |
If everything goes right, it should say "The operation completed successfully."
3. Restart the explorer process, or sign out and sign in, or restart the PC to make the override key take effect.
