If you check-mark "Only admins can see this page" (in Manage Permissions) then your fan page will unpublish. Some youtube directions say to click this box to prevent people from seeing your permissions settings, but that is not true. Clicking this makes your fan page only available to Admins, thus unpublishing it.

Finally got it. I am also the admin on several pages and it kept happening to me on the last page I created. Until I added an additional admin. Once I added a second admin I have not had the problem return.

-Go to your business page.
-Make sure you're using the page as yourself and not as your business page (use the 'Use Facebook as...' option on the right side).
-Click on the 'Edit Page' button on the top right.
-Choose 'Manage Admins' from the left menu.
-Type a name or email- the name for your regular facebook page (not your business page) inside the white rectangle. Save.
- Click on 'View Page' or go back to your business page and you'll see that on the top right corner there is 'Admins (1)' added with your profile picture added below.
After I went through these steps I never encountered the unpublishing problem.

Am patit chestia asta cu pagini care dispar sau se "unpublish" si cele trei lucruri pe care le-ai enumerat suna ca solutii practice. Eu as face in primul rand un test simplu: nu bifa optiunea "Only admins can see this page" pentru ca, din ce zici, chiar face pagina invizibila publicului. Apoi as adauga neaparat un al doilea admin (un cont personal de incredere) si as verifica sa gestionez pagina cu profilul meu personal, nu "ca pagina". Daca mai e posibil, dupa ce adaugi al doilea admin, vezi imediat daca pagina ramane publica. De asemenea, verifica setarile de vizibilitate ale paginii (Page Visibility) ca sa te asiguri ca e marcata ca publicata. Nu stiu motivele tehnice exacte pentru care unele pagini se unpublish fara avertisment, s-ar putea sa fie bug sau o combinatie de setari de administrare, asa ca adaugarea unui al doilea admin e o metoda simpla si eficienta ca sa ai back-up si sa previi blocarea totala. Daca tot apar probleme repetate, poate face sens sa copiezi setarile unei pagini noi si sa vezi daca problema reapare, dar asta e doar un experiment; nu garantez ca rezolva definitiv. Spor si succes cu pagina!
