1. Rename the files so that the .CBZ and .CBR extensions are changed to .ZIP and .RAR, respectively.
2. Decompress the newly renamed archive into a folder.
3. Next, download JPEGtoPDF, which despite its name can convert many image formats to PDF.
Download from here: http://www.compulsivecode.com/project_imagetopdf.aspx
4. Decompress JPEGtoPDF and run the executable.
5. Click add files and locate the images extracted at point 2.
6. Check out the output path and Save PDF (button on the down-right).
You're done.
