Just change the extension from AI to PDF.
Then you can
- save the image included in that PDF to common image formats;
- zoom in on any part of that PDF and take a screenshot of that part for HQ pictures.
PS:
I am assuming AI extension is shown since you can't open it with any software and thus need conversion.
