How can you delete a folder that won't delete even with Unlocker at reboot?
Source:
1. Open command prompt (start - run - cmd)
2. Navigate to the directory where this folder is located.
3. Type: dir /x then hit ENTER
4. Type: rmdir /q /s folder name --- make sure you use the short folder name from point 3.
