Say you have pictures in the email that are inline, meaning they are not added as attachments but in the body of the email.
1. In Inbox (or wherever), double click the email to open it separately.
2. Click File - Save As, then choose a location to save the file in
3. At the bottom of the save box, change the file type from MSG to HTML, then click save.
4. Go to the folder where you saved the e-mail and there should be 1 file having the name you set before, and a folder having the name you set before + the end _files
eg. email name = PICTURES, folder = PICTURES_files
5. Inside the folder mentioned above you will find all your images, which you can move to wherever you need them, then you can delete the file and folder obtained from saving the email.
