Anyone can insert a picture as an attachment, but if you want to add a little bit of "flavor" to your email, you would want the image displayed in the email body.
There are 2 options to do this, but first you need to upload the image to an uploading host (like tinypic). If it is already on the internet you must have the direct link to the image (the link ending in jpg/gif/png etc.).
Now...
1. You can use drag and drop from a tab to another. Just click on the image and hold the left mouse button, drag to the tab where the email is (keep holding mouse button) until it activates and drop into the email body.
2. If that doesn't work, you can always use copy and paste. Go to the site with the direct link for the image, press CTRL+A to select the image, press CTRL+C to copy it, then go to your email, put the cursor inside the body of the email and pres CTRL+V to paste the image.
