After removing the default folders under This PC:

Only Disk Drives remain.
Unfortunately there are no Favorites in Windows 10, just Quick Access which doesn't offer the option to rename a pinned folder, thus if you have 2-3 folders with the same name you won't know which is which.
You could go to the "trouble" of editing the registry and adding folders next to your Disk Drives:

OR
You can just do this:
1. Type this in Start - Run or in your Windows Explorer address bar:
%appdata%\Microsoft\Windows\Network Shortcuts
2. Create shortcuts to your desired files and folders in there, name them how you like.
3. They will now appear in My Computer / This PC in a group named Network Locations
