I'm trying to restore the settings of a software I had previously installed. These settings are in C:\Users\Mrrrr\Documents.
I put the config files in there and when I start the software I get that error: Access to C:\Users\Mrrrr\Documents\.... was denied.
To fix this you must do the following steps:
0. Close the software
1. In Start Menu or in Search look for Windows Security and open it
2. Click Virust & Threat Protection
3. Click Manage ransomware protection
4. Click Allow an app through Controlled folder access
5. Click + Add an allowed app
6. Click Recently blocked apps or Browse all apps
7. Choose the EXE file you want unblocked and click close on the dialog after it's added
8. Close Windows Security
9. Open your software
