By default my Outlook opens to the data file of the least used account which is set as Microsoft Exchange.
But I want it to open in the Inbox of an IMAP account and it won't let me change the data file.
To change the default folder (doesn't have to be inbox) in which Outlook opens, do this:
1. In Outlook go to File - Options - Advanced
2. Under Outlook start and exit (under Advanced it's the second section from the top), click on Browse
3. Scroll through the list and select the desired folder of the desired account, then click OK, then OK again
