Asynchronous Flip >> on
Triple Buffering >> off
Flipping Policy leave as default that is off or flip if you have old card
Depth Buffer Bit Depth >> default is okay
Force S3TC Texture Compression >> on
Force FXT1 Texture Compression >> off
Driver Memory Footprint >> off it makes little difference anyway (unless on an overclocked system)
Texture Color Depth >> on or 32 bit
Anisotropic Filtering >> on
restart your games and you will notice improved performance.
