This is done simply by using "Format painter".
1. Select the cells you want to copy the formatting from (this includes conditional formatting, center, font type, size etc.)
2. Go to the HOME ribbon
3. Locate the "Format painter" tool (on the left of the ribbon, near Cut, Copy and Paste).
4. Click on "Format painter" and then select the cells you want the formatting pasted to.
