While for doing this you should first copy the chart whose formatting you want to replicate, then select the desired chart, go to HOME - Paste - Paste Special - Formats -OK, you could do this with a simple code (obtained by macro recording the previous method):
Sub PasteChartFormat()
ActiveSheet.PasteSpecial Format:=2
End Sub

Make that a button in your ribbon or QAT and enjoy pasting formats in 1 click rather than 5.
